CT State Police Ask Public's Help In Identifying Man Involved In Serious Crash

The Connecticut State Police Department is attempting to identify a man who was a passenger in a serious motor vehicle accident. 

The man has a heart tattoo on his right arm and “JABA” tattooed on his left forearm with more writing that is bandaged over.

This party and the operator of the vehicle are unable to speak with investigators at this time.

The crash occurred at approximately 3 a.m. on Wednesday, July 3 on southbound Route 8 at Exit 17 east of Oxford.

The male is described as being black, approximately 40 years old and being 6-foot and 160 pounds.

He has a heart tattoo on his right arm and “JABA” tattooed on his left forearm with more writing that is bandaged over. (Photo above.)

He was wearing black jeans over multicolored pajama bottoms and black Nike Jordan sneakers.
